By accessing or using DayLyft, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of service

DayLyft is an AI-powered productivity and life management application that provides tools for task management, wellness tracking, financial planning, fitness tracking, and more. The service includes a free tier and paid subscription plans.

3. User accounts

You must create an account to use DayLyft. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use DayLyft for any unlawful purpose, to upload harmful content, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, to interfere with other users' enjoyment of the service, or to reverse-engineer any part of the application.

5. Subscriptions and payments

DayLyft offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Prices may change with 30 days notice.

6. AI-generated content

DayLyft uses AI (Kai) to generate suggestions, summaries, and recommendations. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional advice. DayLyft is not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

7. Intellectual property

DayLyft and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by DayLyft and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your data remains yours — we do not claim ownership of content you create in the app.

8. Limitation of liability

DayLyft is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

10. Changes to terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
